How does the Diagnosis work?
It's the entry point: we map your processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, prioritize by impact and return an initial scope estimate. If you upgrade to an execution plan, the diagnosis value becomes a credit.
What's included in the sprint price?
Allocated team, project management, tooling, AI cost within the agreed limit, deployment and monitoring.
Is AI cost billed separately?
No. It's included up to the plan limit. If it goes beyond (rare), we tell you first.
Can I pause or skip a sprint?
Yes. Just notify us 7 days in advance. No penalty.
Can I switch plans mid-way?
Yes. The change takes effect from the next sprint.
Do you do one-shot, non-recurring projects?
Yes. We ask for 20% more over the equivalent sprint value, because every project start involves extra setup cost.
How do I know it's worth investing before signing?
That's exactly the goal of the Diagnosis: map the problem, understand the impact and estimate the effort. If the solution doesn't have clear potential return, we tell you before we build.
